FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there a voice module / WhatsApp calls?

Yes. You make and receive WhatsApp calls with recording, reports and integration with your system, on the same number you already use for chat. Explore the voice module.

How soon can I get started?

The same day. You create the account, connect the number by QR code and make your first send through the API in minutes; validating the flows with your system usually takes hours, not weeks.

Can I integrate it with my current ERP or CRM?

Yes. The API is REST with webhooks: any system that makes HTTP calls can integrate, whether it is an ERP, a CRM, your own system or no-code connectors such as Zapier, Make, n8n and Typebot. You send with one call and receive replies and delivery status by webhook.

Is there a message limit on the per-number plan?

No. On the per-number plan you pay per connected number, from US$ 19 per number/month (R$ 3,30 ≈ US$ 0.63 per day), billed in Brazilian reais (R$ 99) via PayPal, and you send with no message limit. Above 25 numbers, the price per number goes down progressively.

Can it handle operations at scale?

Yes. More than 500 million messages processed for more than 2,000 customers, with availability above 99% since 2019. Bulk messaging accepts up to 1,000 recipients per call, with scheduling and pacing control.

Is there dedicated support?

Yes. A team specialized in WhatsApp and integrations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the product’s developers helping you validate and fine-tune your integration.

Does it work with any programming language?

Yes. Any language that makes HTTP/REST requests: PHP, Node, C#, .NET, Python, Delphi and others. The documentation includes ready-made examples, and events such as incoming messages and delivery status arrive by webhook.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. On the per-number plan you get 2 free days with your number connected; on the per-message plan, the first 25 messages are free. You can validate the integration before you subscribe.

What is the difference between official and flexible?

Official uses the Meta API: lower risk of bans, Meta approval and features such as buttons. Flexible connects a regular number by QR code, with no approval and instant activation, and it is the only one with the per-message plan. Both can run side by side in the same operation.

Do I need WhatsApp approval to use the API?

No. All you need is an active number, both on the flexible model, which connects by QR code right away, and on the official one, whose registration with Meta is handled by the platform itself.

Does it work with a personal number or does it have to be a business number?

It works with both. You can use an existing number or a new SIM. We recommend keeping the number dedicated to the operation and ramping up volume gradually before large broadcasts.

Do I need to keep WhatsApp Web open?

No. With an instance, the number stays connected on our servers and the API works 24 hours a day without an open browser. The browser extension is the fast-activation option, for those who want to operate from their own WhatsApp Web.

How many messages can I send per minute?

It depends on the model, the maturity of the number and WhatsApp’s rules. The platform controls the pacing and simulates typing to keep sending natural, and our team helps you set the ideal rate for your case.

Can I send images, PDF, audio, video and buttons?

Yes. Text, image, PDF and other documents, audio, video, polls, lists and buttons through the same REST call, with scheduled sending when you need it.
